Bidisa Mukherjee,
Head of Events
Bidisa Mukherjee is a Sales Operations Manager at Carta and an MBA candidate at UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.
As Head of Events at Women in AI, she leads initiatives with several organizations to create meaningful spaces where founders, operators, and investors can connect. She is focused on driving impact through strategic roles and community-building and is especially excited about empowering women-led startups and advancing equity in AI.

Claire Xie.
Founder
Founder at Women in AI Club, with a mission to connect, empower, and elevate founders, builders, and investors in the AI space.
Previously, Claire worked as a lead data scientist at Doordash and Google focusing on B2B and B2C growth analytics.

Kristen Santora,
Head of Membership
Kristen Santora is the Head of Membership at Women in AI, leading community growth, engagement, and partnerships. With a decade in sales and go-to-market strategy, she’s helped enterprise tech companies scale through partnerships, customer success, and market positioning. Now focused on early-stage founders, she advises on GTM, fundraising, and investor outreach.
At Women in AI, she’s passionate about helping women learn, lead, and launch in AI—bridging technical innovation with inclusive opportunity.

Gladys Wan,
Head of Operations
Gladys Wan leads the largest pre-accelerator at Beta University and serves as an investor and Head of Platform at Beta Fund, supporting 400+ early-stage founders each year. She is passionate about higher education, community, and venture capital & startup ecosystem.
As Head of Ops at Women in AI, she oversees organizational workflows, systems, and cross-functional coordination across events, marketing, and membership. She works closely with department leads to ensure seamless event execution, brand consistency, and data-driven decision-making.

Aimee Hedges,
Head of Community, NYC
Aimee is based in Manhattan and is known for cultivating genuine connection — professionally, she focuses on relationship building, cross-discipline collaboration, and creating environments where people feel seen. Outside of work she loves to travel, and she’s a proud aunt and stepmom.

Charlene Li
A transformative strategy and leadership expert, Charlene is a New York Times bestselling author who has led organizations and leaders through significant disruptions, with a portfolio that includes work with 14 of the Dow Jones 30 companies. Her expertise spans research, writing, and weekly LinkedIn streams focused on innovation and the impact of generative AI on the future of work. Through tailored keynotes and workshops, she inspires audiences to embrace actionable change, highlighting empathy and relationships as core leadership qualities. She also offers selective advisory and coaching services, supporting top leaders and organizations in achieving transformative goals with a stakeholder-centered approach. With clients like Adobe, SAP, and the US Navy, her work consistently drives impactful change across industries.

Jeff Herbst is the Co-Founding Managing Partner of GFT Ventures, with three decades of expertise in venture capital, operations, business development, and M&A. Before GFT, he served as NVIDIA’s Vice President of Business Development for 20 years, where he fostered a comprehensive ecosystem of accelerated computing applications in AI, data science, autonomous machines, and graphics. During his NVIDIA tenure, Jeff established the Nvidia GPU Ventures program, overseeing over 40 global investments and 20 acquisitions valued at over $8 billion. He also spearheaded the Nvidia Inception accelerator, which now includes over 8,000 AI, data science, and high-performance computing startups. Earlier in his career, Jeff led business development for the Altavista search engine and was a partner at Wilson Sonsini in Palo Alto. He holds a JD from Stanford University and a BS with honors in Computer Science and Economics from Brown University.
